A delicious dish right from the Lu Ban Kitchen.
This dish takes only a short amount of time, but the straight prawns and super light batter make a really tasty dish that will make you keep wanting more.
200g large peeled prawns
100 ml white rice vinegar
100 grams sugar
1 Red chilli seed removed and finely slice
2 cloves of chopped garlic
A thumb of grated ginger
100 grams Cornflour
100 grams Plain flour
25 grams to coat the prawn
Sparkling water or beer very cold
Salt and pepper seasoning (see recipe)
