Gulao Pork

A delicious dish right from the Lu Ban Kitchen.

This dish takes only a short amount of time, but tastes amazing and will make you feel right at the Restaurant!

What do I need to buy?

2 tin of chopped tomatoes

100 grams Sugar

100 grams White rice vinegar

500 gram of boneless Pork loin (skin off steaks)

1 red 1 green peppers  (optional)

1 medium pineapple

100 grams Cornflour

100 grams Plain flour

25 grams to coat the pork

Sparkling water or beer very cold


1 thumb size piece of fresh ginger

Oil for frying (ideally a deep fat fryer/largest pan you have)
